Grand Hotel Tijuana

The location was great and the services were attentive.

I stayed in the room that was at the highest level but were not remodeled and available with view. Outstandingly accommodating staff were eager to help and suggested different places to visit.

Shame the bathroom was very dirty.

Looks like they didn't get a chance to clean my room properly. There was a lack of things like shampoo, towels, even the things to make you coffee in the morning that are supposed to be polite. if you lose your parking ticket they charge you a fee as if the hotel was poor so they can't print another one. place is fine, staff has to be more friendly in the way that hotels, restaurants, etc. are customer service, here it seemed that they were doing us a favor in attending to us. I ordered food like 10-11 and they never brought it to me that they forgot etc. I think one thing you have to stress to your workers is that no matter who the customer is or how much they spend if they tip you or not everyone has to treat the customer the best if they don't know how to tell me and I will give a course to your people to teach them how to be humble. I was missing things in my room like towels and it seems that one went out and they didn't finish cleaning. very good place would return?!? No, all experiences are worthwhile because it doesn't matter the 5 stars, it matters the treatment for me and my wife. I still thank you and hope you polish up the small details because they are the ones that are worth it.

everything was great the incredible view from the room the terrace everything, super accessible prices delicious food very friendly and attentive staff, everything very clean we loved the pool and quiet atmosphere that transmits, left us a beautiful experience and we hope to return soon

we checked out there was a problem since they wanted to charge us more since it seems that the guy who received us the first day when we registered and paid said that we had only paid for one night when in fact we had paid for both, so the girl kindly went to check out and thank God we did not pass from there even if we were delayed and we had an ugly experience in that aspect out of there everything we loved. There was another thing that we didn't like very much me and my husband the two days we bought a beer and a clamato without alcohol the first night we bought a round the price was of 175 more or less then we left to walk and we returned again and we decided to ask the same thing they charged us and price was a little cheaper, that is to say that they changed the following day we asked again the same thing and they gave us another price, that was something that I didn't like very much how changeable the prices can be with respect to something

Check-in process felt inefficient, pool area needs thorough cleaning, maintenance required for cracked floors!!!

Great breakfast service, but the casino was closed on arrival night.

The pool area was clean, and I enjoyed the view from the 28th floor room. Room service was prompt, and everything felt well-appointed. A fridge in the room would be a bonus!

The grand hotel offers a really good breakfast buffet that includes traditional mexican foods. And we especially loved the cardio machines in the fitness area. Having emma's restaurant in the building adds a great dining option too!
